Today, FAI submitted comments to the Federal Communications Commission on an issue directly related to closing the rural digital divide. In our comments, we urge the Commission to reject all-or-nothing thinking with regards to amnesty for grantees of the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund and Connect America Fund II and provide possible solutions that would minimize the risk of moral hazard and double-dipping while ensuring that rural America gets connected.
