David Cowan

Bio

David Cowan is a non-resident fellow at the Foundation for American Innovation. He writes on Substack at The American System and is currently writing a book on the applied history of conservative political economy. His research and writing has been published by American Affairs, The American Conservative, Commonplace, Engelsberg Ideas, and Fusion. He is a research fellow at the University of Buckingham, and has several years of experience working in the British Parliament.
