Frank Fagan
Bio
Frank Fagan is a professor of law at South Texas College of Law Houston. His research examines systems governance, artificial intelligence risk and containment, institutional design, and data-intensive regulatory environments, including training data governance.
He is the author of numerous articles on AI governance and legal evolution, co-editor of the Research in Law & Economics book series (Emerald), and editor of the AI Law Blawg, which curates emerging scholarship in AI, law, and policy.
