Evan Meisler

Bio

Evan Meisler is a non-resident fellow at the Foundation for American Innovation, where he researches issues at the intersection of national and economic security, technology, and the law. An attorney, Evan has clerked for two federal judges and worked as an associate at a boutique firm specializing in Supreme Court and appellate litigation. Prior to law school, Evan began his career as a consultant for private equity firms before taking a strategy role at an insurance technology startup. Evan is also a research fellow at the University of Texas's Strauss Center for International Security and Law, where he studies how universities can contribute to resilient critical supply chains.
