Emmet Penney is a senior fellow at the Foundation for American Innovation focusing on Infrastructure and Energy. He is a contributing editor at Compact Magazine, a recipient of a Robert Novak Journalism Fellowship for his work on the power grid, and runs the Nuclear Barbarians Substack. His work has appeared in American Affairs, Spectator World, the American Conservative, the Claremont Review of Books, the New York Post, and elsewhere.
