Bio

Emmet Penney is director of energy and infrastructure at the Foundation for American Innovation. He is a Lincoln Fellow at the Claremont Institute and a recipient of a Robert Novak Journalism Fellowship for his work on the power grid, and he runs the Nuclear Barbarians Substack. Emmet's work has appeared in American Affairs, Spectator World, The American Conservative, The Claremont Review of Books, The New York Post, and elsewhere.
