Emily Yang

Bio

Emily Yang is a research fellow on the Technology and Statecraft team at the Foundation for American Innovation. Her work examines the intersection of geopolitics and technology, with a focus on the technology stack and supply chains. Before joining FAI, Emily worked at the Hudson Institute. She holds dual LLM degrees in National Security Law and International Law from Georgetown University Law Center and National Taiwan University, and an LLB in Finance and Economic Law from Fu Jen Catholic University. Emily is based in Washington, DC.
