Bio
David Bahr is the managing director for external relations at the Foundation for American Innovation. He was previously the senior communications director at the Claremont Institute and communications director at the R Street Institute. He studied the classics at the University of Maryland and St. John’s College, Annapolis. He lives in Wilmington, NC.
