Cody Matteson

Bio
Cody Matteson is program manager for the science and innovation team and the energy and infrastructure team at the Foundation for American Innovation. His work focuses on advancing science-driven policy and strengthening U.S. leadership in energy and emerging technologies.
Previously, Cody worked as a field biologist and environmental consultant for state governments and private consulting firms. His academic research examined the impacts of nutrient pollution on ecosystems, and he has published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Cody holds a BS from Virginia Tech and an MS from the University of Georgia.
