Bio
Ashley Lin is a Technology & Security Policy Fellow at RAND. She focuses on the intersection of national security and emerging technologies, particularly AI, semiconductors, energy & infrastructure, and U.S.-China-Taiwan relations. Before RAND, Ashley researched and wrote on AI governance and China’s science & technology ecosystem at the Center for Security and Emerging Technologies, the Special Competitive Studies Project, and the U.S. Southern Command. Ashley is pursuing an M.A. in Security Studies at Georgetown, where she will receive her B.S. in Science, Technology, and International Affairs this August.
