Jonathon Hauenschild

Bio

Jonathon has a pragmatic approach to technology policy informed by his experience as a lawyer and a task force director. Upon graduating law school, Jonathon practiced law for a few years in California, focusing on employment litigation and appeals. After a brief stint trying to launch his own business, Jonathon joined the American Legislative Exchange Council, where he has served as the Director of the Task Force on Communications & Technology and the Task Force on Homeland Security.

Jonathon received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Oak Brook College of Law and his Masters of Arts in Statecraft and National Security Affairs from the Institute of World Politics.

When not talking about policy or politics, you may run into Jonathon cycling, at the gym, or traveling to spend time with his friends.
