Bio
Luke Hogg is a Senior Fellow at the Foundation for American Innovation, where he focuses on the intersection of emerging technologies and public policy with a particular focus on the ways in which public policy can induce a more open internet ecosystem and increase national security. Luke is also a visiting fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason University. His writings have appeared in such outlets as the Wall Street Journal, National Affairs, National Review, Pirate Wires, and Tech Policy Press. He holds a BA in Government and Data Science from the College of William and Mary and lives in Washington, DC.
